The Property and Facilities Committee is responsible for the Parsonage
property, lawn cutting and snow removal, including the mechanical systems,
electrical and plumbing.
The Committee is also responsible for the church property, lawn cutting and snow
removal, mechanical systems, electrical systems and plumbing.
Maintaining the church van and providing maintenance and service to all items
that can be fixed or repaired. The Committee is also responsible for various
service contracts and insurance policies. The Committee is ultimately
responsible for obtaining work estimates and securing bids for major facilities
improvements and is responsible for maintaining a budget to cover all facilities
costs.
